Payment Options
How you can pay for a Divija piece, and what happens to your card details along the way. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway, at checkout.

We never see your card details
Payment is processed securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway, at checkout, not by this website. Your card number is entered on the gateway’s own encrypted page and is never transmitted to us or stored on our systems — what we receive back is an authorisation result and the last four digits, which is all we need to match a payment to an order.
Card payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure: your bank asks you to confirm the transaction with an OTP or an in-app approval before it will authorise it. The whole checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and no member of our team can retrieve a card number from an order record because it was never written there.

Beyond the checkout page
Larger orders and commissions are often easier to settle off the standard checkout. Talk to us first rather than splitting an order.
-
High-value orders
Bank transfer
Some card limits will not carry a large commission. Ask us and we will send account details and a proforma invoice, and start work once the transfer clears.
-
Commissions

ABOUT COMMISSIONS →A custom piece can be paid as a deposit to begin work and the balance before dispatch. The split is agreed in writing before anything is made.

GIFT CARD TERMS →A Divija gift card can be applied at checkout and combined with any other method for the balance.

SHIPPING DETAILS →We do not offer COD. An insured, signature-bound jewellery consignment has to be prepaid before a courier will carry it.
Payments, answered
Money left my account but I did not get an order confirmation. What now?
Do not pay again. A payment that debits without confirming is almost always a gateway timeout, and the bank reverses it automatically within three to seven working days. Send us the amount, the time and the reference from your bank and we will check whether the order exists on our side and confirm it if it does.
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods available for your order — cards, UPI and net banking — are shown at checkout before you pay. Any currency conversion or fee applied by your own bank is set by them, not by us.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. Prices shown are in Indian rupees inclusive of GST at the applicable rate, and the tax is shown as a separate line on your invoice. If you need a GST invoice against a business GSTIN, add it in the notes at checkout or message us before dispatch.
How long does a refund take?
We release the refund to the original payment method once a return is approved. The money reaching you is then on your bank’s timetable — typically five to seven working days for cards and net banking, often sooner for UPI. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one that paid.
Can I pay in a currency other than rupees?
Checkout prices and charges are in Indian rupees. An international card will work — your bank converts at its own rate on the day and may add a foreign transaction fee, both of which are set by them.
Is it safe to save my card for next time?
Whether a card can be saved is decided by the payment gateway at checkout. Saved cards in India are held as tokens under RBI tokenisation rules, so the card number itself is never stored by us. You can always decline to save it; it makes no difference to the order.
Available payment methods and refund timelines are set by our payment gateway and by your bank, and can change without notice. The checkout page is always the current authority.
