15-Day Returns

Fine jewellery is hard to judge from a photograph. If a piece is not right when it reaches you, you have fifteen days to send it back for a full refund, and the collection is free.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first one is yours

  • Within 15 days

    Tell us

Request the return from your account, or write to infodivijajewels@gmail.com with your order number. The fifteen days run from the day the piece is delivered, not the day it was ordered.

  • Same day

    Pack it as it came

The piece, the box, the certificate and the invoice all go back together. A certificate is part of what makes the piece worth what you paid for it, so a return without one cannot be refunded in full.

  • 2–3 days

    We collect

We book an insured pickup from the delivery address at our cost. Where our courier does not reach, we reimburse what you spend sending it to us by an insured service.

  • 7–10 days

    We inspect, then refund

The piece is checked against its certificate by our quality team. Once it passes, the refund is raised to your original payment method.

What the policy covers

What you get back

The condition it comes back in

Worn once is fine. Altered is not.

Try the piece on. Wear it to see how it sits, how it catches light, whether the length is right. None of that affects your return — a piece that has been tried on and decided against is exactly what this policy is for.

What we cannot take back is a piece that has been changed. Once it has been engraved, resized by a third party, repaired outside our workshop, or separated from its certificate, we can no longer certify it as the piece we sold, and the refund becomes an assessment rather than a right.

Damage is judged the same way. Normal handling marks are expected. A bent shank, a lost stone or a snapped chain is not a return — it is a repair, and we would rather fix it for you.

The exceptions

Four things we cannot take back

Every one of these is flagged on the product page before you order, not discovered afterwards.

Questions

Returns, answered

When exactly do the fifteen days start?

On the day the courier records the parcel as delivered. If you were away and it sat with a neighbour for a week, tell us — we date the window from the day it actually reached you.

How long does the refund take to appear?

We raise it within two working days of the piece passing inspection. After that it is your bank's timetable, not ours: cards and net banking usually take five to seven working days, UPI is often quicker.

I have lost the certificate. Can I still return the piece?

Talk to us before you send it. A certificate can sometimes be reissued by the laboratory that graded the stone, and where it can, the return proceeds normally. Where it cannot, we can still take the piece back, but the refund is reduced by the cost of regrading it.

Can I return one piece from a set?

Only if it was priced and sold separately. A set bought as a set — a necklace with its matching studs, say — comes back complete, because the set price is not the sum of its parts.

It arrived damaged. Is that a return?

No, and please do not send it back through this process. Photograph the parcel and the piece and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage is our problem to solve and it is handled as a replacement, with no fifteen-day limit and nothing deducted.

Do I get the shipping charge back?

Yes. Any delivery charge you paid on the original order is refunded along with the price of the piece, and the return collection is free.

What if I want a different size rather than a refund?

That is a resize, not a return. Ask us within 15 days of delivery: a resizing charge applies, we quote it before any work begins, and a ring can be resized only once.
