How to choose jewellery for someone else

Look at what they already wear. If everything is yellow gold, a white gold piece will sit in a drawer. If they wear one thin chain and nothing else, a heavy statement necklace is the wrong gift however beautiful it is.

Then choose for the life they actually live. A high solitaire catches on a coat sleeve; a bezel setting does not. Studs get worn far more than drops. And when you genuinely cannot decide, a birthstone piece is the safest personal choice — the stone is chosen for them, not by you.

What if the size is wrong?

Exchange it within fifteen days, or have it resized — resizing requests are made within 15 days of delivery, and the charge is quoted before any work begins. If you are buying a ring and do not know the size, a pendant or a pair of earrings avoids the problem entirely.

Can you hide the price?

Yes. Tell us at checkout in the order notes and we will send the invoice to you separately rather than putting it in the box.

How does a gift arrive?

Every piece arrives in a Divija box. If you would like a handwritten note included, add the wording in the order notes at checkout.

Can it be delivered straight to them?

Yes — enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. Deliveries are insured and need a signature, so make sure somebody will be there.
